Argonian Waterway Strike Force: Is it plausible?

Now, I know of the rivers in Cyrodiil(Assuming they are similar enough to Oblivion's Cyrodiil) and had been considering getting an Argonian PvP group set up that would be, as noted, a Waterway Strike Force, who uses the rivers to get strategic positions before coming out and charging for pincer attacks or simple ambushes.

However, then I heard most of the waterways were infested by slaughterfish and would get us killed by making use of them. Is this true? And if not, then how viable would this kind of tactic be noticing the Argonian increased swim-speed racial?

Disappointing indeed. Not only for Argonians, but in general having no content underwater is always a downer for me.

Argonians got buctchered in ESO, that's for sure. Sudden shift from assassins to tanky healers, swimming proficiency and no context to practice it, drinking expensive potions to get advantages others have for free.... somebody @ ZOS must realy hate Argonians for some reason.

they got shafted when everything swimming related was removed. originally they could breathe under water.

After thinking about this i stand by what i say.

Put rivers and waterways in a game, but they don't want us to use them so they place these imaginary slaughter fish into then channels to prevent you from swimming them. I guess you are aware that slaughter fish are not even targetable, they are just an environment game mechanic. Like when you swim through lava, you take damage. when you swim where they do not want you to swim you take damage.

This is pathetic programming.

So now the argonians racial for swimming is useless. you can swim faster to your death. talk about giving with one hand and then taking away with the other.

There is even more reason to avoid PvP now. Just looks like the PvE game for me.
