I have wondered, would those lizards and cats be enslaved ? EDIT: OK NOW ITS ABOUT IS SLAVERY OF ARGONIANS AND KHAJIIT A GOOD IDEA? Because I hate those ugly things. They are only good for grabbing food from trees and for fetching pearls. Oh, and as test subjects of magic.

So, will they be slaves, as I hope? Or will they be freedcats and freedtiles?

The Dunmer of Morrowind were the only race to uphold slavery (unless you count the Altmer using Goblins). Slavery was not allowed in the other provinces of the empire, so the Nords don't have slaves.

I never really used either of them very much, but I always liked them as characters in the series. I especially like the Argonians because many have Native American styled names.

They...We are equals. :toughninja: Even though I like racism in the game at least I always judge only individual persons and their actions. Those who judge/enslave other races based on apperance and prejudice can go burn in Oblivion.

Slavery has to be somewhat sensible economically. Since there is a clear land route back to the homeland and heavy shipping in the areas that are not cold as heck, I'm not sure slavery could really work.

The real question is, when faced with an arrogant, evil, slave owning, blue skinned, red eyed freak, ( as opposed to a decent, non slave owning, blue skinned, red eyed, proud member of the great race, the Chimeri ), do you crush their skull, slice them open, or use spells to electro-freeze them to death?

Argonians aren't even fit to be slaves. I don't want their dirty scaly hands preparing my food or touching my clothes.
Khajiits on the other hand can stick around, just remember, always have your Khajiit spayed or neutered.

Khajiit and Argonians are pretty awesome. I played Khajiit for the brotherhood/thieves guild quest specifically. Great time, they are awesome thieves.

If I had to pick one over the other I would have to pick Khajiit. Deadly yet can still be tricked by a ball of yarn and some catnip. :teehee:

Actually argonian and khajiit are my two favorite races, who knows maybe being slaves in Morrowind made me sympathise them more than others, so the dunmer might as well played an unwanted role in making those races popular.
