Argonians & conjuration

Does anyone know the Argonians view on conjuration as a society in Black Marsh?

I like to make characters of every race and I like them to be unique in according to a race's lore and society. Argonians seem to be the best race for a magic based rogue (assassin / thief) so I am thinking of making a character with illusion, alteration, one-handed dagger, bow & sneak. For weapons I want to use bound dagger and a bound bow.

I am aware of the comments like "any race can do anything... But that is not the game I enjoy. I like races to have a sense of culture. So would it be normal for Argonians to have schools in conjuration as part of their culture or is it something opposing their gods / beliefs / religion etc

Many thanks in advance for helpful or informative answers :)
