It would be totally epic maybe its a cult that believes other races are dirty so they removed themselves from that world and made a world of their own where they worship some giant sea monster or maybe a crippled dragon that casts spell to make itself breath under water.

Maybe a meeting place underwater once a month, but since it's Skyrim, and the water would literally be freezing, I doubt it. And a "city" is a bit too far-fetched.

What is enchanted? Clothing? Sure. But there is no enchantment in the game. Only fire-damage.

And a crippled dragon? As in, wounded, and dragged into the depths? Or DEAD, and therefore, not warm at all? I don't see either one working. :shrug:

Maybe in TES VI: Black Marsh.

Maybe a place you have to get to from underwater? I don't see Argonians actually living their lives under the sea.

Maybe, could be near a geyser.

Much more plausible. Therefore, easier to reach for Argonians, and harder for humans and mer, unless they possess a water-breathing potion.


Geysers erupt to due extreme pressure produced from extreme heat. Argonians, like every other race, would die.
