Ok, so I'm on the Legion quest Arizona Killer, and after a while you have to go talk to a disguised Legion member named Cato. Speaking to Cato prompts the rest of the quest. The problem is since we're disguised we'll be killed if our covers are blown. Get too close to the NRC Rangers or guard dogs and your cover is blown...and he's surrounded by them. My problem doesn't exist there, I do that fine but as soon as I am finished talking to him everyone around me says, "WHAT'S THAT?!?!" and attacks me. There are so many NRC around that I'm insta-killed.

I can't load an auto save or a reg. save because they're from just a few min. ago and you can't fast travel away...if you leave I believe you fail the quest and you have to go tell Caesar. I'd really rather not do that...So what am I supposed to do?

Are you on PC? If so, use TGM in the console.
