Ah well, I thought I'd gotten that script basically working. Are you running Arktwend English 3.1? Can you post your load order?
The shop you can buy in Stormwend really doesn't offer much. The script is supposed to just randomly pick a shopper and enable them in the shop, and then you can barter with them. That's about it. I suppose you can think of it as a way to role play getting rid of some stuff and making a little money.
Right now the only thing selected in my load order is Arktwend_English.esm and the summary says "Arktwend English Version: 3.1". I'm also using "Patch 3 for Arktwend English v3.1" but IIRC that was just some corrected meshes/textures.
I was scared by some things I read calling Arktwend unstable so I decided to not use any mods until I got it working right by itself, but when I went to test it, I got caught up in playing it instead. Although, the base for this Arktwend install was copied from my main Morrowind folder which has Better Bodies/Heads/Clothes, and I've noticed the BB models appearing in Arktwend even without the esp/esm files selected. I also have Bloodmoon and Tribunal installed but not selected in the load order. This still gives me the improved journal.
Now that I know what the shop does, I'm not terribly concerned about it. It still makes a good home base.
Another oddity I've noticed (in this and other mods as well) is that something seems to be wrong with pre-placed NPC corpses. For example, there's a little valley near Ion Monastery where you find a camp belonging to an ill-fated runaway couple. I assume I'm supposed to find a dead woman stuck to a tree with arrows -- but when I go there, she was alive, and standing in the area where the arrows were sticking out of the tree. Then, when I got close, she suddenly died and fell to the ground, lying halfway clipped into the tree. A book nearby suggests that I'd find a man dead by the river, but all I saw by the river was another bunch of arrows stuck in the ground but no body.
This is similar to what I saw in another mod called Sword of the Perithia where I'd find corpses hovering rigidly horizontal, while clipped through things that they were probably supposed to be laying on (judged by the fact that they were in obvious set-up scenes like torture racks and old battlefields). So maybe that's just my Morrowind install's fault.
