The Pip-Pad was a great play on the popularity of the iPad and similar devices. Also really enjoyed reading the stories and seeing the scraps of imbedded concept art. Good stuff, keep it coming!

I was just reading up a bit in the concept art section of the forum, talented people there!

Definitely enjoyed the read, did take me awhile to realise that the symbols to the left and right of the 'H' were scroll buttons to other pages of that article though, so it wasn't until a 2nd read that I noticed that the Walker road article is in fact also an announcement that Ghouls are the first playable race for Fallout Online and what kind of traits they will be getting.

Well, it might look like BoS is included, dunno why they would talk about them if they weren't

The Guardian Brotherhood, another splinter faction of the BoS it would appear, is mentioned. Possibly similar to the Capital Wasteland branch based on their name, defending wastelanders. Or maybe they are purists and are guardians of tech. Only time will tell. Future BoS member if the game allows it!

Your dissection is quite a stretch in some places. Ten Twenty-three (23 October 2077) is simply the date of the Great War. It has nothing to do with Sierra Army Depot.

The pistol in the concept art is not a laser pistol, it's the 14mm pistol. And Scribe Miller is not a member of any "opposing faction".

As for the Guardian Brotherhood, it's likely a reference to the Guardians from Wasteland, the predecessor of Fallout.

As for Radiant One and Tech Wizard racial traits, you don't have to guess what they are about - they were both in Fallout Tactics (Radiant One under the name Glowing One, but it's pretty clear that it's the same trait).
