Armande Christope never leaves his house.

Well, after fencing over 50 gold, I waited until midnight at the Garden of Dareloth, waiting for Armand to appear. However, even when it turns midnight, he never shows up, and entering his house shows he's still inside, pacing around in his clothes. I talk to him, and he tells me to meet him at the usual place.

Disabling all my active mods seems to have fixed this, but disabling them one at a time is going to be a lot of work, so I'm asking for help here:

I first thought it might have been 'Thievery in the Imperial city', but disabling it and loading all my other mods showed no change in Armand's behavior. Is there a way for me to search through which mod might have made some edits to Armand's behavior?

Okay, I've narrowed it down to being one of the mods loaded by the Bashed Patch. The load list has been replaced, hopefully this makes it easier.

The only thing I can suggest is to use TES4Edit to load up your mod list, find the record for Armand Christophe and see if anything changes him. Otherwise you're going to have to disable all your mods and go through re-enabling a few at a time until you track it down. I know I haven't seen this error before, so it seems to be unique to your situation.

Are you fencing directly with Ongar in Bruma or the other fence added by Thievery? The quest probably wouldn't recognize anything other than Ongar or the other vanilla fences as it goes along.

Otherwise, just try fencing more? Couldn't hurt. :)

Thanks for the help guys! I managed to find the cause as "Choices and Consequences". Getting rid of it fixed Armands behaviour :/ Sorry for bothering you all.
