I want more steampunk styled clothes, ESPECIALLY since it's the desert. I'd freaking love a steampunk styled PA. More powerful Raider armor too. Ashur can mod power armor but raiders can't???

Raiders often have the education, know-how, and wherewithall of a ten year old. I chalk it up to tough childhoods and too much beer. If they can load their guns, it's a good day for them.

That would be really, really cool, though you could just do it through mods. :(

why please explain
remember goth is already in fallout remember bittercup from big town

i think the worst thing that could ever come out in fallout is a gun that can kill with teddy bears
oh no they did that so it not so silly a idea now is it

The Rock-It-Launcher is amazing.
How can you compare that to not having any emo kids in NV? It just baffles the mind.
And Bittercup was more of a joke, a comic relief imho.

I'm pretty sure they did; there were plenty of characters in Fallout 1/2 who wore relatively modern looking clothes. In fact most of the fashion looked like it was from the eighties the earliest. Quite a few characters looked like gothic punk emos or whatever you want to call them; remember the women in black leather with bright green mohawks?

Those are fitting...I don't see how emo's fit in this at all

edit: I don't think you bear much distinction between emo's and others like punk or goth

I think punk is the more acceptable term than Emo.

I don't see them as the same thing

and having emo style would be almost as inappropriate as having anime style

Because people who are Punk aren't as.. well.. Whiny as emos. Emos don't drink hard liquor heavily, don't wear rusty spikes(ow disease :(), don't get in fights like more than twice a day, and don't give themselves mohawks and such. Punk music is much more thrashy and hardcoe than Emo music is. Before I get off-topic.. Punks fit in way better than Emos do in Fallout.

Well it seems like you're assuming that they were all born into it. You hear about people just quiting and joining and stuff throughout FO3. They have the ingenuity to rig up those pitching machine turrets along with plenty of other traps and hacking old security turret. You couple that with the fact that they apparently build their own armor and it seems pretty logical for some Raider leader (really tough Raider) to be able to mod some power armor. I'm not saying make it common but, you know like a bunch of chimps will eventually write Shakespeare, just in there from time to time. You never see raiders fighting each other either, insinuating that they seem to have some form of organization. (not saying they shouldn't fight, multiple tribes in NV??? EH EH???) Plus we all know that anyone that can't slap a mag in and [censored] the gun won't live long enough to meet other people, let alone build a following/spawn more retards.

now then can i make the pervy idea now
its vagas so that mean show girls could we have some show girl clothing or maybe some bunny girl outfits
it would fit the theme and place as they start about 1953 so it would fit the 50s theme
they could give a bonus speech and barter skills like the sixy and naughty underwear did in fallout 3

"emo" is not a race. And why wouldn't people be agaisnt it? Its people cutting their [censored] wrist and crying about their life.

I should have put racism within " ". And no, it's not people that are cutting their wrists and crying about their life. Anyone can do that. But now it has happened so that these immature [censored]s have chosen to dress the way they do and therefore gives all the alternative styles a bad reputation. I know people who dress "emo" who does not cry about their life. And I know people who do cry about their life and cut their wrists who do not dress "emo".

We already have punks - they're called raiders. ;) Hehe!
But yeah, in the older fallouts, everyone looked like punks.

Sorry for double post.
