Without transcendant sigil stones, is fortify endurance 10 pts on all parts of armor best for warrior?

You could try shield. Or elemental shields, I just can't remember what the point system is, as I usually use transcendent. Fortify Agility is nice, as you are less staggered in combat.

shield/elemental shield is not available without transcendent I think. I forgot to add that my stats will eventually be maxed because I use the +5 mod.

Shield and elemental shield is available on any level of sigil stone, just at varying degrees of power. The elemental shield sigils make excellent armor enchantments for a warrior.

I have beaten the main quest so I no longer have access to sigil stones, so would endurance be best?

I prefer elemental shield. With improved endurance you get more health. But elemental shield will reduce the damage from each melee hit (and of course the elemental attack) so it ends up better from a stat perspective, I think.

The reason I said endurance is because elemental shield is not available at the altar(and i have beaten the main quest). Is there something I need to do or is it not available?

Let's make sure we are talking the same language here. When people say 'elemental shield', they are referring collectively to three seperate effects: fire shield, frost shield, shock shield. Each effect combines both a shield and elemental resistance to the effect in its name and is quite helpful. These three effects are certainly available at the enchanting altar. You simply need to buy a spell for each so it is in your spell book, then you can enchant with it. More info here:

The reason sigils would have been nicer is that they go up to 25% strength. A grand soul at the altar will only get you 9% though. Still, it is a good enchantment.

In addition to Acadian's remarks, you may want to read [urlo=http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Useful_Enchantments]this[/url]. The section on Elemental Armors 1 and 2 are very much in line with current thinking about elemental shields, and there are several other good enchant ideas, too.

Thank you :)

I didn't know I had to buy the spell.
My armor rating is already max at 85 with daedric armor, and im going to be using mundane ring 50% resist to magic.
Is this still the most useful?

Whats with peoples endless quest for the best? Honestly in this game you will eventually reach about where your so strong that everything else is negligible. For me it happens at around level 3
