i ve been searching arround i can't find any armor/weapon packs like morrowind's H.E.L.L.U.V.A. packs for oblivion it doesnt need to be lore friendly i just need to have variety also what female body replacer is the best/has more content?

To answer the other one, Many of the overhauls (FCOM/Frans/OOO) include community-made armours and distribute them among the enemies, besides that you have some store mods for armours like Vvardenfell Imports and such that are available on the Nexus, but most armour is standalone.

I'd suggest Artifacts and Armamentarium, which add a bunch of new armors to leveled lists.

As mentioned, HGEC is the most widely used and compatible female body replacer, with a large number of choices available in terms of bust and hip size. It also has the TGND and DMRA variations for your "realistic" and "unrealistic" extremes.
