Armor Transfer: Huge Grind-Huge Payout?

Post » Fri Apr 12, 2013 1:20 pm

It has come to my attention that in order to get the second tier of Armor Transfer, you need to get 1,000 kills with the perk equipped. 1,000!!! However, there's no denying how useful this perk is, even on tier one. I find myself saved a lot when running armor transfer. I'm working my way towards tier 2, but imagine tier 3. 30% armor regained after each kill. That's incredibly useful. So do you guys think its worth the grind to get armor transfer up to its max level? Might as well, if I'm using it anyway, right?

P.S. I hate to admit this, but it would probably work GREAT with auto armor. Not having to press your activate armor button between each fight, and having it instantly refill and reactivate itself seems amazing.

It doesn't have huge pay out. It gives you a minimal amount of energy that will prevent maybe another bullet from killing you. Other modules offer a whole lot more.

Maybe. I've found myself experimenting with different modules/weapons after I rebooted my suit, and so far I've learned to love the Feline. Detonation delay is also useful now that most players are running JAW. Once you upgrade it you're almost immune to jaws.
