I hope they roll back some of the changes they made to Dwemer and Glass: I liked Dwemer Armor better when it looked archaic and rusty rather than new and shiny, and while I can see how the all-color glass armor might have sounded like a good idea, I really hate the model that actually ended up in Oblivion. It's much too bulky and too gaudy. I really hope they start from scratch on the glass. Leather, Hide and Chainmail were fine, Mithril was good, Elven was excellent, Iron was decent, Steel and Daedric were good (though badly in need of female-specific chest pieces)... I think that covers all the basic OB ones.
As fond as I am of bonemold, there isn't much logical reason for it to be in Skyrim. Same for Indoril, Chitin, etc. Amber and Madness would be similarly out-of-place.
It goes without saying that Nordic-style metal armor can and must exist. If they decide to actually make good armor rare instead of automatically handing it to you when you reach the appropriate level (/bitterness) Dragonhide would make a cool end-game light armor alongside glass, and maybe Dragonbone for heavy. Who wouldn't want to be decked out in bones? Speaking of bones, didn't Morrowind have Nordic Trollbone items? I think so. That sounds badass too. Let's get some Trollbones down here.
If I remember correctly, the Stalhrim story was pretty specific to Solstheim, so I won't be upset if it doesn't appear but it would be pretty cool nonetheless.
I doubt we'll see adamantium; it only ever existed because Medium armor had no endgame options, and since medium armor obviously won't exist, the only reason to bring it back would be variety and aesthetics. These are good reasons to bring something back, but adamantium was a very plain-looking metal. Without a major redesign it won't add any variety and frankly it was pretty ugly. I say nay.
I really like the Imperial Legion armor in Oblivion, it has an odd balance of crudeness and style. I hope to see it again.
