Armor, what class is yours?

Does Power Armour mean anything to you guys? It breaks your fall because it is powered, and protects you from the .308 because it is an alternate reality future where power armour is highly protective.

Clothes, or specifically, the Merchant outfit. Toughness rank 2, plus the NEMEAN armor implant from the clinic, and wearing an Old Cowboy Hat, with sunglasses. (Don't you steal my style, mang!) I get to look cool and act tough. I literally wearing this have seen Fiends shoot and hit spot on, and not even take a single point of damage (On Hard mode, nonetheless.) I'm so glad New Vegas allows you to stack like this, so that you're not forced (such as in say, The Elder Scrolls) games to wear armor just to survive difficult encounters! :disguise:

It's not all that protective, actually. Using AP ammo (which is actually very easy to make), even a service rifle can get through. Modern combat in any form is simply too fast and deadly for something as big, slow and obvious as heavy PA.

I use a mix of light armor and clothes. I have not a heavy fan when I am using it anyways.

Generally I use medium, I'm also a combat armor user. However sometimes I do liek to give the 6 companions power armor and me use the US army general's outfit and a pistol and let them do most of the heavy lifting. :D

I usually use the CA Mk ll as my default armor, and Dirty Pre-War Businesswear as my default armor, works quite smashingly IMO. I never use PA unless I just get bored and want to go running around in it. For me PA is useless.

I'd use it, but for most of the time the quest to get PA training come in way to late.

I just find PA unnecessary compared to CA Mk 2, the bonus in Strength is useless when you're wearing something that has an extra 15 or 20 lbs of weight.

Medium armor because I prefer Elite Riot Armor, although once in a while I will use Power Armor or a light armor such as Joshua Graham's vest.
