While checking out race mods for my next char I was very impressed by Xenius Dea Obscura. Can't link because of a pic but a search for Dea Obscura on TES Nexus brings it up. They http://www.bluemelon.com/photo/18688/1207411.jpg, but they also have cool lesser powers, one with Darkness, which http://www.bluemelon.com/photo/18688/1207412.jpg except for the glowing eyes. Really cool IMO, but the race doesn't really fit my char so I thought I'd experiment with setting them up as enemies. Which leads to my question: recommendations of suitable HGEC armors for them. I'm not much for skimpy armor when it comes to my chars, but it seems fitting in this case as their skin is so graphic. Also, it should be fitting for a goddess or perhaps rather a demoness.

Plus I also wonder if something like Dea Obscura could be tailored in with lore somehow - perhaps connected to Molag Bal or something?

Anyway, just an idea I have so not a WIP or anything. I'll post some screens later with the armors I come up with.

I personally would like to see them as the deep ones/brethren in hackdirt. I think that would be fitting or perhaps daedric seducers of some sort. And for armor ageha tortured soul might be what you have in mind. Pretty graphic and would go with the evil theme/look of the characters

I to usually do not like to use skimpy clothing or armor but for this race it is almost a must if you wish to see the graphics. Would Apachii's Godess store have what you are looking for?

Yes, I thought they might conjure OOO Seducers perhaps. Good idea about Hackdirt - it's kind of anti-climactic as it is so could use an overhaul. The Mage armor is Ageha is pretty close to what I'm looking for, but I'd like to have the back more bare because of the scars there. So almost perfect but.



I love Ravenous Elegance (and Sinblood's stuff in general) and they would look cool in it - but more skimpy I think and more "otherworldly" somehow. I actually just checked out Apachii and nothing really seemed right - except perhaps the collars that might be cool perhaps. And it also had some really nice whigs. Dea Obscura comes with Ren's hairs but I think I'll give them coolf hairs or similar instead.

EDIT: Here she is wearing http://www.bluemelon.com/photo/18688/1207724.jpg. Looks rather nice. I'll check out the dark retexture of Nico's Gift and if there are any for Black Wisteria besides the pack of colourful ones I've seen.

I think the Agea Karan looks better imo. And yeah I wish the hackdirt thing was a bit more fleshed out, I mean you can avoid ever seeing the brethren during the quest. I think there are a few mods that touch on the quest but nothing really giving alot of background or plot.

If they showed up in OOO that would be awesome,I'm really looking forward to the next release.

Yes, I think Agea Karan looks best so far. It should preferably be retextured to be darker, though. I noticed that glow maps still show through their Darkness shrouding, which could be used for cool effects as well. Whatever comes of it, it won't be included in OOO, but a separate add-on if anything. Probably requiring OOO, though, as it's an excellent base for making bosses.

I've also spawned/fought them - and they look very cool, they're using the Darkness spell as a buff and Nico's swords look very cool when they're shrouded as you only see the shinyness - so basically a blackness with two glowing eyes and shining sword edges. But it felt a bit same old at the same time - they should rather use some awesome spells IMO.
