Mainly what Im wondering is if well be able to wear things like cloaks over our armour or under, etc. and how much mix and matching freedom ppl will have this time around. Has anyone heard anyhting on the subject suggesting we might have freedom in that regard closer to MW or OB?

Morrowind system is gone. There is now one piece for torso and legs, as well as helmets, gloves and boots. That's it.

I'm still quite disappointed about the armour system, but the other features outweigh this by a ton.
