Three of my main wasteland explorers were female vault dwellers and when I found some very good armour that I wanted them to use, it turned out that only male vault dwellers can equip it. So I had to train new wasteland explorers.


I don't understand why is that? Is this some kind of bug or an intended feature?

Hopefully it's a bug. Just about every outfit I've found has worked on both genders. Which ones didn't work for you?

- Wrestler outfit

- Comedian outfit

- Scribe Rothchild's robe

There are gender specific items for both genders ... it appears to be a feature ... other Gender specific outfits include:

Sports Fan (male)

Librarian (female)

Professor (male)

Movie Fan (female)

Horror Fan (male)

Mayor (male)

Bittercup's outfit (female)

Three Dog's Outfit (male)

There's also:

Red royalty clothing (male)

Blue royalty clothing (male)

Horror Fan (male)

Colonel Autum's uniform (male)

Ninja (male)

Got a couple more, but the phone is on the charger and I'm lazy.

tbh... most of these are male... I've only found the librarian for the female so far.....

Also Military Fatigues seem to be gender specific, even if it looks the same for both. At least add boobies for women's version! Had some head scratching time for a moment when I saw that I had military outfit in my storage and then tried to put it on my girlie dweller but couldn't see it on the outfit list. But it appeared when I was browsing man dweller's outfit list.
