Does the +XY& Damage-Perk (Armsman) also affect Daggers? Logically, it should. But since the dagger-related-perks are in the Sneak-tree...

Yep. Attacking with daggers increases the One-Handed skill, proving that the game considers them one-handed weapons. The only perks in that tree that aren't relevant to daggers are the three that modify axes, maces, or swords.

I have no proof against this fact, but if it's true, I strongly disagree with that design choice. Makes no sense.
