If any one can tell me, is there a quest related to this house? A mod ( I can't remember which) puts a house full of vampires at the SE end of the IC island.
There's a key locked door to the crypts. I couldn't find the key in the house so I cheated the door open. Found more vampires and eventually, I presume,
the elder named Gaius Verres. There's a scripted trap that paralyzes you. The Varres walks up to you but he has nothing to say.

I knew a mod put it there. I've finally tracked it down. It's Verre's manor, part of the AFK Weye mod. Just have to properly trigger the quest now.
