I'm trying to make an enchanted arrow that knocks the target down for a couple seconds, without the paralyzing effect. I tried damage or drain agility first since that's the most obvious, then damage or drain fatigue and/or endurance, then speed, whatever I do leaves them standing upright and sometimes turning stupid or unable to move. The primary damage effect is shock 5 points for 5 or 10 seconds, I'd increase the initial shock but the idea is to knock them down flat for a second or two without the collapsing from fatigue - in other words a projectile impact effect. Low agility for the player makes a bigger chance of getting knocked down by a blow, but it don't seem to work on creatures or NPCs.
