Arrow to the Knee! Achievement Glitch

I've tried and tried on every campaign mission on every difficulty to get this achievement, hitting their knee, around their knee, used low, medium, and high draw strength but I just seem to be unable! Can't get my 50/50 achievements, and it's bugging me!

Shoot a Ceph in the knee instead. 100% works.

You need to tap the RT when you shoot the Cell guy in the knee and use the weakest draw strength. The trick is not to hold the RT (pull back bow) just tap it.

^THIS! I could not get it when i shot a CELL, but it works 100% when you shoot a CEPH in the knee, as he said!

^THIS! I could not get it when i shot a CELL, but it works 100% when you shoot a CEPH in the knee, as he said!

How does it work on a Ceph the achievement clearly states

SINGLE PLAYER: END AN ENEMY'S CAREER AS A "CELL" OPERATIVE BY WOUNDING HIM IN THE KNEE WITH AN ARROW

Tap it, or find a CELL operative with more armor. The first level has all CELL people in "light armor." The second level you should start to see "body armor." Try it on one of those guys.
