It's not just this forum. It is all over youtube (and not just in Skyrim related stuff) and other forums. Really it seems to be following the typical game related meme lifecycle.

I haven't bought Skyrim yet, and I had to look this up - it took me to the original link with description and that was about a week ago. I'd say it's definitely a meme now.
