I hate internet memes. Even if they're initially funny (which is rare) people run them into the ground for years on end. We're just now finally seeing an end to that "cake is a lie" ****, and I still occasionally see an awful Chuck Norris joke.

I don't think internet memes work that way. You can't ask people to accept something as an internet meme. People have to make it an internet meme without being told. Now it may not work.

Chuck Norris jokes were always awful (they don't even get to say "I used to be a funny meme like you, then I took an arrow in the knee). Unless there is one about him taking an arrow in the knee, that might be pretty good.
