Whenever I download a mod that plays with unique armor like gold daedric armor or something, there's bug exclamation marks showing in place of the items. Why is this? Do I need to download any utilities for this or something? Thanks for any help.

Apparently you don't have the required mods installed or something else that doesn't working, so please post your loadorder (right click in mlox and select copy) and the warnings.txt (found in the Morrowind folder) because without these two contents I can't help you.

everything in the MESHES folder in the Download has to go IN the MESHES folder, dont put the meshes folder inside the meshes folder
