If this is the case, why are you not criticizing those who claim the images are beautiful and amazing? We're focusing on the same thing, just on the different of the spectrum.
As production art, it's fine, as any form of art it's fine. But that doesn't change the fact that I didn't really like any of them. Which is what I said from the beginning. Aside from the first image, they didn't really add anything to my experience of what Skyrim is going to be.
Because they don't have a problem with it, you do. I personally also find it appealing, although I'm not saying that it should be for everyone, but I was explaining there is a reason why it looks rushed.
Better understanding of this might help you appreciate it more too. There is also a lot of knowledge to gain from these about what Skyrim will be, and that doesn't even have to do with how much you like it. We can clearly get a view of what kind of environments to expect, the mood and atmosphere they are taking, and we can use these to guess at what else there might be. In some ways, concept art is more telling than screenshots, if you understand them.
