This mode will replace AI textures, flora models, add some new flora, replace mushroomtrees, add new cliffs and rocks, new grass, and it will bring new trees.
I've add a pool about small mushrooms, i mean mushrooms, not mushroomtrees.

And it will be great if anyone will give us some ideas about AI.

And here's retexture beta:

Apel & ATSS Ascadia Re-texture v 0.9

Plugin change textures of AI on new ones. Gamma and color is looking like default.

I really like the mushroom trees you've shown so far, and I'm interested to see that comberry with textures. I like that the mushrooms are similar to vanilla, but much more detailed. Oh, and what are those plants with the blue-ish leaves in the second CS shot (on the left side, next to a mushroom)? They look interesting :)

When this is finished I think it will probably be just as good as Vurt's AI mod, although with a completely different feel to it. I have to say I wasn't really expecting anything to be competing with Vurt's work so soon, it might be a hard decision for me when this is finished. More choices are always good though!

I for one am very interested in this WIP, I love the new mushroom trees of course but also like the new flowers you posted a screenshot of yesterday. It's looking really good! Отлично! :)
When you say you are going to work on the rocks, do you mean to say that you're going to update the older meshes with better, more detailed ones? I'd love to see that, since personally I think that the rocks are really showing their age :/
Also I voted yes in the poll, small mushrooms could add some variety I think.

We allready have many rocks and cliffs complete, later we will work on landscape: adding new rocks(Some of them looks like Oblivion ones - with moss on top etc), trees etc, today i'll show some renders.

Everything you've posted here looks great! The textures you've posted look like some of the highest quality textures I've ever seen, maybe on par with Connary's and AOF's work. Plus you're doing meshes, this is incredible! Please keep us updated. :^)

I also voted Yes, I love the mushrooms I see here, natural, as stated by some, and friendly to original concept as Connary version is.
I'd like to have that shrooms in my game ;) New tree and flower meshes look very good too. Yoy have a very nice sense of naturality.
Keep up the good work, and of course, keep us informed :3

Sounds good, can't wait to see these renders :) There are rocks everywhere in morrowind, so changing them should greatly improve the looks of exteriors!

The mushroom looks great!
I'm not sure about your question, billboarding could be good for fps, I'm not too sure about how good it will look, though. Maybe try both and compare the results?

Brilliant mushrooms ATSS. Who models and textures them, you or apel? Cause they're really good.
Are you planning on redoing other models, like architecture, rocks, or trees? edit: Ah, never mind, read the OP.

If I understood it right, Apel makes the meshes, then ATSS creates and adds textures. :)
