I am having issues trying to get in to beta test ESO... I installed.. updated... and getting the error below.... anyone else having this issue?

my computer spec:

Computer is above minimum spec
i7 2600k CPU
16gigs RAM
120gig SSD
GTX 550 ti 2gig Video Card

above minimum spec to play the game...

I have ran it as administrator..and non...

Hope there is an easy fix for this issue...

same eso has stopped working cant play
