Assassin blade que

So assassin blade tooltip states it does a base damage and 300% more damage when the target is low hp. Anyone figure out what low hp is? 20%? 30%? 50% health?

It would be handy to know. By the time I use it though I'm usually at the point where all that registers is "diediediediediediealready". I'm not noticing the enemy life level.

I'm poking around where I shouldn't be; if I'm fast enough I can deal with the current enemy. More than one is bad news. I miss my smithed to the max dragonbone bow with the super high damage.....

20-15% is my guess.

Its little things like this that make want numbers in the game. Not sure about you guys, but I don't exactly like guessing what my skills do. Or guessing every inevitable patch if my weapon skill is bugged.

It's probably around 35% or less, many other skills seem to be stuck on this 35% cycle, but since this is extreme damage, I'd probably aim at 20%.

There already are many mods with numbers on them and %, so it should be easy to test it out pretty early on at game launch, wouldn't worry about it, you'll find out.

An mod who show then the enemy hit that health level would make sense. Yes target has an mod who display an warning then he reach that level and fight an nightblade too.

Already developed during beta: Foundry Tactical Combat, it's awesome.

1) Active Buff Tracking - The add-on tracks the application of buffs in real time to both the player and the target, displaying their names and duration timers.

2) Improved Heads-Up Display - Player and Enemy target frames are updated with numerical resource levels expressing both levels and percentages of Health, Magicka, and Stamina. The improved HUD also tracks the cooldown on your potion quickslot and your progress towards your next ultimate ability usage.
3) "Elder Scrolling Combat Text" - Displays incoming and outgoing damage in real-time in an overlay to either side of the target frame. Players have the option of adjusting the scroll speed of the text, as well as whether or not to include ability names in addition to numeric damage values. Experience and Veteran Point gain is also displayed as part of the combat text component.

4) Enemy Castbar - FCT also includes an enemy castbar which tracks the progress of spells, power attacks, and channeled abilities being used by your current target. The enemy castbar temporarily overlays the enemy health bar in the target frame to alert the player that an ability is being used. Additionally, it suggests a recommended course of action depending on the nature of the ability being used.

5) Mini Damage Meter - You can report statistics about your most recently completed combat encounter by using a hotkey mapped in the in-game controls interface. Pressing the damage meter hotkey will display and update a small window reporting the damage dealt, damage per second, and hardest hitting ability both for outgoing damage and healing in the most recent encounter.

i would say it's less than 25%... i mainly used it to finish off a warriors guild mini boss in one of the dungeons that i had to kill solo... was a pain without slotting this ult :)
