I'm not sure if this should be here or in the mod section.

I started the JQ - Assassin Quest. Its a great mod by Jannix Quinn. I am playing the version without quest markers.

I am stuck at the quest involving the Imperial twins at the Arcane University. I can't find them. I have tried levitation to climb over the walls and ran around the other side but I couldn't find them all I found was generic mages and locked doors. My character is a Listener of the DB and not a member of the MG. I don't plan on doing MG quests just to get inside.

Can someone give me help with finding them and solving this quest?

I don't know about the mod, but I'm pretty sure that you can't get into the Arcane University without having completed the Recommendation quests.
