Assassination

Post » Sun Oct 24, 2010 12:50 am

I just looked through the screen shots of the GI article and on page 50 it looks like a hooded character just preformed a assassination so we know two things from this screen shot is that we have hoods and maybe assassinations. This may have been said what do you guys think.

How the hell did I miss that.

Damn if that swift knife in the belly movement is something that actually something that happens in the game... ^_^

Could easily be a short sword finishing move... it's coming from the front after all.

Let's not take this as confirmation

I think the better question is: why in the world wouldn't there be hoods or assassinations in this game? Why should this come as a surprise or a shock to anyone? Every single TES game thus far has had an assassin's guild quest line of some sort. I'm certain that stealth and assassination will remain a huge part of these games.

Looks more like one of those "finishing moves" they were talking about.

It might be one of the special finishing moves.

By assassination, do you mean assassination mission? Or like a "fatality"?

In both cases, there will be.

I think that assassination is a finishing move. And now what comes to mind is whether or not finishing moves will be done in both views of first and third person. It'll probably be both, which is good.

I don't mean like a slice and a death without being seen i mean like the visual aspect of the kill itself looks like a assassination.

It's on page 50. To the right of the Dunmer's head is a pointy hooded figure.
