Does anybody think would be a good idea to add an underwater base owned by the NCR or more preferably the enclave. Have the people at gamesas be able to add a new melee weapons like some kind of trident that shoots electricity or water some kind of energy weapon or better yet let the children of atom have a hidden city in the glowing Sea.
