just curious if anyone has ever found a right leg piece from Rowdy? i have spent months of ingame time sleeping in the spare bed at the atom cats garage then checking Rowdy for X-01 parts. all X-01 parts are still rare from her but at least there is a chance, except for right legs it seems.

just want to know if anyone has got one from her or if im wasting my time. on a side note, it hasnt been totally fruitless. Bluejay sells 2mm elctromagnetic cartridges and .44 rounds (two of the harder ammo types to find in my experience) which restock every 48 hours

I'm after a right leg for that set as well. Would be interested in a source. Teagan perhaps?

Edit : they aren't atom cat armor pieces in particular but if you scroll down to the bottom there may be an X-01 piece for sell

Wow, didn't know that thanks i'll be on the lookout. that is one of my nitpicks about Fallout 4 that the Adam cats paint can't be put on any other power armor besides the T-60.

Oh......well ....i'm sad again lol

edit : sorry if my last post was misleading. I bought a full set of atom cat armor just to try and break the cycle. haven't tried applying the paint to anything yet

All the xo-1 suits that i found in the game except 1 had a right leg missing.

Maybe it's a different scarce part for other players.

I only found 1 complete suit.

Out of interest and being on pc, i visited the special room that contains all the stuff available in the game.

I'd already finished the game so allowed myself to cheat.

The incomplete xo-1 set in the special room was also missing the right leg.

But i don't care about power armour anymore because I have way too many sets and don't use them anyway.

The novelty wore off.

Now when i confiscate a set from a foe I dump it, usually underwater somewhere.

I'm on PS4 so I don't have that luxury. that being said, i really don't use PA much, its just the fact that i cant find it that drives me to look for it

No, BoS uses T60 exclusively, so that's all Teagan sells.

Yeah, it took me awhile of waiting but then I had 2 right legs drop back to back. So finally got 3 full suits. So they do drop, think it was like 3 months in game time waiting. Seems to take forever. I've got like 8 X-01 armors with nothing but head, torso and arms but no legs on another character.

Captured 10 power armor frames but after more than 24*4 hours: still haven't seen any x-01 piece lvl40

I got my full set very early in the game fortunately. I found and killed a BOS member who was wearing the armor.

Didn't see this mentioned. Instead of doing the waiting 2 days over and over. Wait 48hrs. Go stand next to Rowdy. Quick Save. Check her stock. If no X01, quick load. repeat. If she has something you want, get it, save, wait 48hrs, save, and do it all again.

I was passing the Atom Cats last night so thought I'd drop in and get some ammo.

Try 35 Court about a block West of the Custom House Tower, when yo have reached level 30 you will get a complete suit .

It's not easy but it's up there.

I've got two full suits and another that's minus the helmet.

Then a partial that I keep in an armor footlocker.

I can't bring myself into spending my caps on PA. I don't do any settlement cap farming, don't haul much of the stuff out in the wastes in for trade and have low luck, so I don't find a lot of caps exploring. Most of my capital goes to ammo.

All you can do is go the Atom Cats locations (Fast travel and just make a save before transacting Rowdy. If fail, reload and try again. It is hard to what part you need for a PA part, but it does change in each loading a save,

Just save/quicksave before transacting Rowdy and it may take some time but it will show up, eventually.,

I'll second this. The 35 Court building has a full set of Power Armor that becomes X-01 after Level 28, but it's guarded by a Sentry Bot and an Assaultron. If you can manage to take them out, though, it's a guaranteed spot for a full set of X-01 Power Armor.

Go to Boston Checkpoint, there is an x01 PA locked in a cage, take Valentine with you and let him hack that terminal... I was at lvl 80...

As far as I can tell, the ONLY thing the Atom Cats paint job does is reduce AP costs ... and then ONLY if it is applied to all six pieces. But like any paint job, having it displaces other options. Like Titanium plating for significantly more hit points or Lead plating to negate rads almost entirely. Personally, I'd rather have the Titanium plating than any of the paint jobs.

I went in low level with my first guy. Cost me several min nukes and I got a T51, you sure about the level 28, 'cause my second guy just turned 30. This has become a spoiler though.
