When I level up, all I see is in my stats that I am now lvl 2, 3, etc. I rest t least 8 hours but do not get the messages or the opportunity to increase attributes. As a result, everything else levels up, but my attributes stay at lvl 1. I just deleted it all & only have the original Oblivion GOTY & official path. I don't even see the level messages in config like in Morrowind. I just started a week ago and now am sorry I uninstalled Morrowind. Any ideas?
