Because I don't want it to boil over. I would need the cooperation of a majority of clans, if it doesn't work, I need to try a different approach.

No one once to do that 1% effort just to see what you have proposed for us, why don't you just say what it is about and then maybe we will be interested in it...

I suppose. Basically it's a competitive season that involves a third party. There is a ranking system, ladder, and multiple tournaments. At the end of the season there is 1 overall tournament with prizes sponsored by this third party.
All I need now is the support from the clans, otherwise it's a useless venture. The whole thing is run by a team from this third party, which I will be heading along with some friends. All that is required of the clans are to set up clan battles using a feature offered by said third party, and to provide proof of the scores. Everything else is done by us.

Sounds good enough, you might want to update and include that in the OP and go on all the major clan threads on this feed to announce it if you want everyone's attention. But sure I'm down (I'm with SAS one of the founder's with InfamousTones and DOOM996)

All platforms, PC, Xbox, and PS3. And yes, that's basically what this is, a competitive league with meaning, where beating another clan has more meaning than what it does right now.
