Attention Bioware Fans & Gameowners

Post » Mon Aug 31, 2009 8:04 am

The Bioware Bazaar, part of the Bioware community site is currently auctioning away collectable items. The items can be purchased by bidders through community points. These points can be earned by completing challenges, registering games, and more. So, if you own a Bioware game head on over.

Ya.. In return for the fan support over the last 15 years we are holding a contest! A contest where the country we are based in isn't eligible! Isn't that great?

And only in 48 of them. If you're in New York or Florida, you're [censored] outta' luck.

Well that makes sense.

I mean, New York is "new" and "Florida" begins with an "f". That makes sense, right?

...right?

The idea was great and the items themselves look pretty cool, but apparently people were using a proxy to spam referral link clicks to get more tokens, though they've all been removed from the auctions I've heard. Still, if you have less than 9,000 tokens don't expect to walk away with even a window cling, everyone just throws all their tokens at every auction.

Kind of a bummer, I was hoping to at least get a shirt, maybe even an art book or something. Alas I only have 5600 tokens. :meh:

Yeah I only have 6,130 tokens which is definitely not enough.
Also I love how the OP put his unique link in the first post to get more points.

I would participate on them, but I don't have any tokens. Meh, not interested anyway.

I thought it was a pretty clever idea.

It wasn't bad. I joined a thread on another forum with 49 other people that were supposed to all click everyone's links each day for the 500 tokens, giving us all 10k. Unfortunately hardly anyone did the daily clicks so I was left with 5600.

Yeah, we don't do referral links to gain points on these forums.

As the link has gone, so has this thread.
