Recently rogers cable internet was caught throttling all p2p networks as well as most well known gaming ports several smaller Canadian ISP's have filed a complaint with the CRTC hopefully our connection issues will be fixed shortly.

Damn, I'm with Rogers - I hate them. The claim I have this great dl and ul speed but but it's always so slow.
