Ever since I downloaded patch 1.9 the audio has been out of sync, anyone else having this issue?

I have yet to see it but that does not mean my game is free of it. I have just started playing I am only three and a half hours in testing this patch out.

This is a known issue with patch 1.9 and I would also like to know if this effects the 360 version as this bug is very common on the PC version.

I thought that was one of the reasons (the other was NPCs was sleeping with their eyes open, or something along those lines) that they pulled the beta patch and fixed it in the first place.
