I won't go over everything, as most of it is already known but there was some interesting info about food that I haven't heard before. Basically if you come across special cook fires, and you have some venison meat, and other ingredients, you can make a stew which will increase your health and stamina for longer periods than eating meat alone. So you would restore 1 point of health and 1 point of stamina every second for 120 seconds instaed of restoring a small amount.
