Augmented Frost, Fire, Shock unique element magnitude change

Skyrim perks Augmented Frost, Augmented Fire, Augmented Shock. How are they made to change only one time of element spells? In creation kit, I cant find any settings to adjust magnitude of one time of Element spells... I am trying to make my own skyrim perk rework and i am working on destruction at the moment. Also i would like to make those perks work with runes and cloak magic.

I believe they use keywords, something along the lines of magical effect fire keyword/magical effect frost keyword/ or something similar to that.

EPMagic_SpellHasKeyword in the perk conditions. This is extremely useful for customizing which spells you want to be affected by the perk.
