I lol that some people might not know what an aurora is. SOMEONE wasn't paying attention in science class. :P

And not so rare. In Canada and MN, they aren't relaly rare. *shrug*

So psychadellic, I love auroras. Even the perk tree screen was pure eye candy.

Agreed. (x10)

I think I'll be just sitting there, looking up at the nebulas in wonderment for a while.

I'm looking forward to seeing it in game. With how beautiful the game looks, I plan to spend as much time looking up at night as I do looking around during the day.

Night was gorgeous in Oblivion too, and it could only be better in Skyrim.

Listen to the first verse of that song and it describes Skyrim almost perfectly.

Aurora borealis
The icy sky at night
Paddles cut the water
In a long and hurried flight
From the white man
to the fields of green
And the homeland
we've never seen.

I recall posting in a thread many months ago now, hoping that we would see this phenomenon in the game, so I was extremely happy to see that it was included.

Sadly I live slightly too far south (London, England) to get a chance to see it out of my window for real, but it's on my list iykwim, something I'd love to experience if I get the chance to head north for a couple of weeks at some point!
