Associate DLC with the existing range of codes (that were granted to Beth for the dlc) choose region, activate. Voilà!

nope none yet
... though i am getting a status code 80072ee2 atm... not sure if thats to do with entering the dlc code or from another problem ive been having with getting the Halo: Reach Falcon Avatar Accessory.... either that or something else

Nope. So far I have:

-Sent a tweet to fallout
-Sent a tweet to Bethblog
-Sent an email to Bethesda Tech Support
-[censored]ed on these forums

Any ideas on who else I can hit up? :banghead:

Tried again this afternoon... still "invalid".

I'd be rather annoyed if Bethesda/Obsidian/Microsoft at least told us "sorry, there's been a stuff-up... codes will work on Monday" or something. Poor, but at least we'd know. But saying NOTHING and letting thousands of people worry that their codes had been 'stolen', would never work, or just had been ripped off with paying for a preorder they'll never see is frankly infuriatingly awful customer service.

As someone who hates 'store exclusive' preorder bonuses, this has certainly made me determined not to do this again. Honestly, by the time we get this sorted (if it does get sorted!), what good will this low-level gear be to our characters anyway? Seriously, this goes beyond a slight inconvenience, IMO. Not that I've ever seen any of these companies consider compensating their customers when they make serious mistakes.

I guess the only thing worse than being in my boat, having paid more to get the preorder bonus from a more expensive store, would be if you paid $25+ on Ebay for a pack code and it didn't work!!!

Thank you for contacting Xbox customer support about this issue.
Bethesda Softworks are aware of this issue and are currently working on a patch, Bethesda recommend entering the code and if it doesnt work can you try again after 24 hours, for more information please see www.bethesda.com

Oh I thought that because the code is entered into the XBox dash that XBox had control over it. lol, silly me. So beth has set it up for download wrong on XBox Live and XBox has nothing to do with it, yeah right lol.

Somehow do not think a patch will fix this problem.

Just waited 24 hrs and tried my codes again and they didn't work, why can't they just fix the problem. It took them 2 days to fix the PS3 pre-order codes in America.
