Australian Pre-Order DLC?

There was a press release that said it would be working as of 10 am but it is now 7pm and I still cannot redeem my pre order pack code...It just keeps telling me that it does not exist. Is it still down or have I been given a faulty code?

lol totally, thats complete BS. A year ago it was fine whenthe exchange rate was low but these damn games should be 60-80 dollars now. The aussie game divisions of these companies are laughing to the bank

Same situation... just picked up my (IMO overpriced) CE with Classic Pack... and trying to enter it says "code invalid".

I want to be sure others are having this issue before phoning EB tomorrow and blasting 'em! So, are the codes not working for anyone in Australia?

Last time this happened was with War For Cybertron, but that was a much more convoluted redemption process, so I'm not sure if this is a similar case to that with the codes not working. I paid extra to get the Classic Pack stuff, so I'll be very, VERY put out if it can't be redeemed or some idiot at the store used my code.

I think its a different message if the code is already used.
I recall trying to re-enter a code for something in the past and got an already used message.

Well 12 hours after they said it would be working and nothing :( got my fingers crossed for it to work in the morning.

I'm relieved it's not just me having this issue, I was freaking out. I have 2 preorder codes and neither of them are working. I'll keep trying and hopefully it'll accept the damn thing soon. SSSSOOOOO ANGRY!

Damn straight, is it that hard to post an update telling a whole country what the state of their broken DLC is?

Take your pick..
We messed up so bad organising your DLC that its still not fixed or
we are waiting on someone an xbox live to finish doing that we should have asked them do to weeks ago or
we aren't bothering because we simply don't care about you or
it will be fixed by 10AM on the 23rd, lol, no honest... no LOL.

Yeah Cindax is right, WTF is with the no response from Beth/Obsidian...I mean you guys have stuffed us all around, least you could do is let us know when we can expect the issue to be resolved. Really pathetic when you guys put up a time for the fix and it's now been more then a day since that was supposed to happen, with no word.

Well I got an email back from Tech support in Sydney and they said to enter it the code should be working now... nope, still not valid.

I noticed if you enter the code on xboxlive site it says "There is a problem with the content associated with this code"... stupid bloody thing.. really wanna get the stuff.... why do aussies always get boned with game companies with [censored] like this
