NO AUTO ARMOR AFTER LEVEL 10

Post » Thu Feb 28, 2013 3:16 pm

Vote on it...

A Yes vote means Auto Armor is not select-able past level 10.

A No vote means Auto Armor stays as is and can be equipped at any level.

It should not even be for those below level 10. If AA was merely about convenience against manual activation during a dogfight, then yes, it should be there for noobs.

However, as it stands now, AA makes shots which should be 1HK into a 2HK. All that without movement penalty. This feature should not be available for veterans...or noobs whatsoever.

I rarely use AA. I do better without it. I normally win the face offs against AA users. So they can use it. I don't care.

I'm curious of every person's stat who whines about AA.

I see nothing wrong with AA, no matter what level you are. If you want to use it, be my guess.

The thing is, while Auto Armor is great for people learning to play, it does put you at a disadvantage, as someone who is decent at C3 can activate armor as they are getting hit, or BEFORE they get hit if they know they are entering combat, manually. That means that the person who does so manually can get 1 extra perk than people using Auto Armor, and AA doesnt even have an unlock progression for better versions, so its really training wheels with some disadvantages. So its fair to me!

I selected no because I believe it should be removed entirely and replaced with another mod, as well as rapid fire.

It seems fair to you because you don't understand that auto-armor is different than manually toggling armor on and doesn't work the same way, and doesn't suffer the same penalties.
