Yep, looks interesting. I think there were 3 new player weapons shown? Some weird chainsaw thing, something that looked an alien blaster, and the chain lightning gun.
Automatron looka cool.
But damn, that was a poorly done trailer.
Looks great, hopefully the sillyness is ramped up a few degrees
Holy cannoli! That looks awesome! I love how the trailer is all grimdark sci-fi, with the music and disembodied robot lady voice narrating over images of gruesome scrap robots in spooky lighting... and then out comes the Mechanist in all his stupid silly glory.
A few thoughts:
- Seems like we do get just the one robot companion, the one doing the narration (although we can change her voice)?
- 0:41 that's a freaking Assaultron Head we're holding as a pistol!
- We can use a Mister Handy Saw as a weapon now too!
- Lightning chain gun!
omfg yaaaahsssss teddy bear face robot rofl
Looks pretty decent, but then again personally i'm not robot fan. But I will give it a try.
I really hope with survival mode they can make some type of a robot companion wheel chair for when our limbs get crippled.
Wow, a lot of different robot designs with different weapons like one robot had a big drill bit and the robots also had different colors like pink. I'm assuming you can color the robots any different color you want? And give the robots any different weapons you want?
Also it seems like it will have a quest storyline to it. If it will be a quest storyline like 20 hours? Or 50 hours? I really hope Bethesda Game Studios gives more very well written dialogue for the NPC's.
Here's to hoping it also gives a new landmass, not necessarily the size of Far Harbor or the size of Fallout 4 itself it can be a little bit smaller.
Or if we can go in a dream or Virtual Reality (VR) like that one quest in Fallout 3 when the Player Character (PC) goes to find his dad in that machine in that small town in Virtual Reality (VR).
Robot customization still seems to be the focus, but if the price is anything to go by I'm banking on it being comparable to one of Fallout 3's DLCs for new content.
Honestly... I have absolutely 0 interest in commercial, preview or trailer of something I am already committed to play or watch.
It will only spoil the real fun anyway.
When the heck is this thing coming out? Does it tell you that in the trailer?
See my Automatron Glitch Galore forum. Thank you
Do you think there's a chance Fallout 4's map can be extended a little bit? Or maybe go into something like a dream or a world in Virtual Reality (VR)? Like in Fallout 3?
Can't wait for you guys to play it next week. I wrapped up this weekend... very fun.
