It was alright but was lacking on content big time for a $10 DLC.
I was entertained and continue to be with the added main game encounters 8/10
It's something I'd easily take over Operation Anchorage, Mothership Zeta, Broken Steel, and Lonesome Road
I gave it 9 cause it has no glaring flaw, only minor peeves
9/10 only because no Protectron voice option!
10/10 this dlc alone makes the whole season pass worth it for me.
I don't want someone else's robots. That's why I didn't take Ada with me, and I rather have my own.
I didn't kill the mechanist, and I have no regrets on letting him live just because of Ada "feelings".
Btw, the new female robot voice is Nora right?
I'm not the two but...sure everyone who dislikes it is a hater that's a great "really devoted fan" F A N B O Y logic.
8/10 because lacking custom voices and lacking the ability to make ye' own Eyebot.
It has a lot more content than Fallout 3's first $10 DLC.
Gave it 6.
...because I would happily pay $6 for this one if I have to buy separate.
lol. Joke.
It`s 6/10 because of its volume and it`s still very incomplete for robot customization.
I give it a 10/10, but part of that is because I disliked Bethesda's first two DLCs (The Nines didn't work, Shivering Isles was terrible, and lol didn't get svckered into $5 horse armor)
I swore off Bethesda DLCs, in a noble form of non-violent protest against Bethesda, I was essentially the Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr. of video games.
But, liked what I saw in the preview of Automatron, WW, and FH, so bought the season pass, and am so far very pleased with my purchase. Very pleased muuuahhhhaahhhaa.
7/10. It's a good DLC, but not amazing.
My gripes with it:
-Rust Devils feature very shortly, might have been nice to have some dedicated quests tailored to them, but are a very nice addition to the combatants you meet in the wastes.
-Jezebel was not well used IMO.
-Felt the schematics where not very involving. It was very random earnings, kill a bot and get a message in the corner telling you that you have received a new part. Feel it could have been handled in a more interesting way (kill this many of this type of bot (and collect some specific loot each type drops) and earn points to exchange for schematics maybe?).
Otherwise it's a solid addition that adds a great deal to the sandbox of FO4. Maybe 7 is a little harsh... 7.5?
Yep, that's why it doesn't bother me much. At worst far harbor breaks me even if they don't release another story driven dlc, and if they do I'm out ahead.
7/10
Kinda short, but fun. Story could have used some more work, IMO. Flesh out the Rust Devils a bit more, make the quest itself a bit more complex. it was nice that the ending had an option other them "Shoot 'em", though
Could definitely have done with a good old fashioned, over-the-top, monologue ranting supervillain who escapes at the end to plague the Commonwealth at another time. But maybe that's just my preference.
All in all, far better than Skyrim's $10 DLC.
