Really enjoyed the film. I think it was better than the first. Good humor as well.
Thoughts, opinions, questions?
Good movie. I recommend it. You can see the fighting. 5 stars out of 5.
I'd like to know the answer to this question as well.
It was okay. I don't think I'll watch it again, but a nice watch so I know what's going on before the next one.
Unless I've missed something, the movies don't give an answer to your question and he's simply back because reasons. Still was a fun film though, even though I didn't like it nearly as much as the first.
I didn't like it. 5/10. It's getting predictable and boring. For some time now I was hoping they would change the movies... but no. More and more they followed the exact same contrived plot with the exact same ineffective bland cookie cutter dumb villains, and then they win. Yay. For awhile I kept hoping a villain would win once. Or score some victories. You know do the Darth Vader/Empire thing. I mean the reason they were so cool to defeat was that we seen they were so powerful and effective. Now though? If you've followed all the movies you know whats going to happen in them all, as well as all the future movies. There's no... tension. No threat. No consequence at this point. All flash. Not even as good flash as the other movies.
Not quite a snooze fest yet, but I suspect it won't be long. I'm considering skipping Ant Man.
They create one good villain and make him an anti-hero/villain Loki. Way to waste him Marvel. Then they finally after so much dumb villains make a kind of cool one Ultron. Dead at the end! He accomplished basically jack and [censored]. Mumbled off some pesudo intellectual stuff and died like any other chump. His upgrade to viranium armor seemed so pointless.
Oh then at the end Thanos. Like I give a rats ass. He's going to get defeated. MAYBE they will be ballsey enough to let him kill off Hawk Eye/Black Widow, but I'm having my doubts. Most likely he will kill off a character introduced in part one. Lame. Lame Lame.
They need a villain that can make me feel like the heroes are under threat and actually are. Not going to happen until someone dies at this point. Not even sure then. Probably find some lame way to bring back the dead guy.
Every movie after Avengers 1 is starting to feel more and more like filler from a DBZ episode.
I'm going to see it today. I don't usually go to the cinema, but I like Robert Downey Jr.
I've sort of decided to disregard the end of Iron Man 3. It was dull and pointless.
Apparently they've done the same, and that pleases me.
To be honest, I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. I watched it one week before all of you and the rhythm of the movie... I don't know. It is a good movie, of course, but one of the weakest Marvel's movie so far.
And, seriously, suddenly throwing Hawkeye's family at us is just... wrong.
Oh and why were they impressed with Ultron's being a AI? I mean, Jarvis already is one, right? So what is this all about?
And how is shield their at all after they were destroyed in winter soldier, its what the series is about. Im not rushing to see it i read the old comics and remember the original stories, and theres not Hank Pym around to create Ultron.
You need to watch the Agents of Shield on the TV. They have been...rebuilt.
Went with somebody to see this movie. I wasn't thrilled, but, as I've said previously, I'm not fond of the movie scene anymore, mainly due to Michael Bay having perverted it with his brand of crap.
I'd give it a generous 4 out of 10. The villain disappointed me the most. He seemed so... nonchalant about things, and then would turn into a serious villain for a few seconds. About the only thing I liked was the choice for the antagonist's voice.
No, SHIELD was disbanded. But that doesn't mean that those agents didn't exist anymore. They just went dark for little bit, that's all
Well, they kind of have to make filler films to raise funds for the next Avengers films.
It's just unfortunate that an Avengers movie can feel like filler for another.
go to sleep go to sleep go to sleep go to sleep! hahahaha funniest scene in the movie
I just saw it. I really enjoyed it. It didn't feel too long either. James Spader can do no wrong in my eyes. Such a unique actor.
Honestly, this goes for a lot of movies really...
This is the 11th movie and its really getting generic. It's okay if a movie uses tropes and is fresh. It's another when the series is practically its own parody now. In 11 movies one would think they would try something new, but no. There's a level of freshness involved with anything. This movie is really unfresh and feeling like its been done way too many times. It's hard to explain the good way to use tropes, and the bad way to use tropes. Is the best way I can put it.
I'm with you on this. It was what I expected. Nothing more, nothing less. I loved it. Had a good evening.
