Awesome Mod!

Created a pretty cool mod today:

I learned a lot about the geck today from dinkin' around and looking things up on the GECK page, I followed the weapon retex page to the letter and the gun shows up fine in 1st person and 3rd person mode (in-game) but not the world object, it appears as though it's taking the textures from around it (also in-game), almost as though transparent (sort-of cloaking). HOWEVER, In the GECK all THREE models show up fine, even the world model. Just looking into how to fix the world NIF. I re-assigned all textures, even made my own BSA for it. Testing with and without BSA gives same result. I did some crate retextures (as you can see in the pictures section at the above link) and they work fine.

Can anyone help me out here. It's the only thing that is baffling me. Know any good weapon tuts for beginners?

Do you have Archive Invalidation Invalidated active? It can be enabled with FOMM, or downloaded from the NV Nexus.
