Azura's Star: infinite soul-pool?

Post » Sat Dec 17, 2011 12:19 am

I have a question about Azura's Star: when it gets filled with a soul -- any soul -- is it instantly filled up and useless until the soul is used? Or can it infinitely absorb souls without end?

Spoiler
No it operates as a grand soul gem or a black one based on your choice after collecting it. Check the UESP here http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Azura%27s_Star#Azura.27s_Star

True or False: Can the Azura Star/Black Star hold multiple souls at once? Thank you.

False. The answer above you,
Spoiler
that it functions exactly like a normal grand or black soul gem, aside from being reusable
, should have answered that question.

If it works as it did in the past, it carries one, but won't disappear when the soul is used.

Alright. Guess that means going back and forth killing people and enchanting then. Thanks for the answers!

I wish it would convert your grand soul gems into black soul gems.
