I know in real life we all didn't want to turn into advlts, but this game take this wish into a new level, there is a bar on the children stats, and when that bar is full the child is supposed to become an advlt, however,that bar does not progress at all. It seems to me that all pregnant woman remain pregnant as well, no babies has come to life after a few hours. How can i jump start the process? Everything else works fine.

The time to have a baby depends upon the womens happiness from what we have found so far, at 100 percent happiness it takes around 3 hours however reports have been made that low percentage happiness can take up to 36 hours (unconfirmed). The child for me took around 2 to become and advlt.

the mother's happiness is very high, ranging from 75% to 100%. My vault is a very happy one, with 98% happiness.

Click on the vault door/gear icon with the number of dwellers,

Find the kid/child

And in the bar where time is it will have how long your baby has left before he/she grows up

This is answered in my guide. It may take 3 hours for a baby to be born at 100% happiness. Some preganant women will not give birth which I feel is a bug. I am going on three days for two of my Dwellers. I have considered it a bug since I can get another woman preganant and she will give birth in exactly 3 hours. The only other limiting factor is when there isn't enough vault space.
