Has anyone had any babies actually be born? How long does it take, or is there something special you need to do?

This isn't really the type of game you play in a solid go. You just tend to it once in awhile. Babies I imagine will take a few hours.

All my women are prego. I don't know how to deliver the children. Do i need to keep them in the living quarters? I have them all working right now.

Pretty sure it's as HAL says, you just need to give it time. you can probably have the women working on stuff. Good to spread them out and have non-pregnant people in most rooms to fight fires and stuff.

I had one of my women become pregnant when I played last night. Woke up this morning and she had given birth. I was prompted to name the child.

Have two more pregnant women. Been at least an hour real time.

It takes a few hours, then a few more hours for them to grow up and be useful.

I had gone to the store and had to cook for my kids. I did not have any women in the Living Quarters. However, when I went to check the game three children were born. I don't know how long the mother was pregnant so I can't confirm the time. However, I can confirm that they can be working and not in the Living Quarters.

yeah, I'm practically overrun with kids now. Up to like 35 people total.

If you haven't already, take a look at the in-game VD guide. It won't take 9 months, but it'll take sometime.

Note: Babies will wait to be born if you don't have space in the vault.

I don't know how long it t akes but it's at least a few hours.
